The Beginnings of a Solution

I decided the only way I would find a solution to managing GERD was to carefully note what was happening before, during and after any experience of acid reflux; and to pursue the differences between moments of suffering and moments of health, in the hope that I could identify some action that would provide relief. I continued to log all the triggers I noticed, building a list of foods, attitudes, events; anything that I consumed or experienced just prior to any flareups of acid reflux. Eventually, several revelations from my self-observations proved to combine in an unexpected way, and lead to my mastery of acid reflux.
